• Name, Address, Telephone of Recipient
• Shipping Method US Priority Mail, Federal Express (Overnight, 2, or 3 day service)
• Gift Card Message (be brief)
• Credit Card Number (please be prepared to also give us the expiration date and security code). For your protection, the billing address MUST match the card number. The card will be declined if it does not. We strongly suggest that you put the information in an attachment and not in the body of an email. Our fax line is secure, so feel free to put on your fax.
