Fat Witch Bake Sale
The recipes in this cookbook will be perfect whether you are running a school bake-sale or a community event. They are from my personal index–card file. These well-used cards are covered with splatters of chocolate and butter! But, this cookbook is not only about baking; I included marketing tips based on my business experience.
There are a few recipes we do for our Chelsea Market store, but most are the perfect solution to what to bake for a small fund-raiser. Chocolate layer cake sound good? I promise you, it’s the best ever. Honey-Raisin-Peanut Butter bars or Milk Chocolate Thumbprint cookies will encourage you to get out your mixing bowls. Above all else, try my Vegan Brownies. Each recipe is easy and most are configured for a 9 inch square baking pan. As usual, no complicated equipment needed or hard-to-find ingredients.
