Ordering for Shipment in December
1. DECEMBER IS THE BUSIEST MONTH OF THE YEAR AT FAT WITCH BAKERY. We suggest putting your list together including names, addresses and item you want us to send to them as early as possible. IT IS NEVER TOO EARLY.
We process orders as we receive them. We will not put your order ahead of
anyone else's.
It is NEVER too early in the year to place your order.
If you wait until December to order, there may be a few days delay before we can fill the order. We are working on orders placed earlier.
2. PLEASE HAVE ALL OF THE INFORMATION NEEDED WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. If we do not have everything, shipment of your order will be delayed.

3. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDERS AT THE LAST MINUTE. Any special packaging requests will have needed to be done before the month of December.
4. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO TAKE AN EXTENSIVE ADDRESS LIST (over 10 names) over the
telephone.

Please use a font/typeface that is easy to read. Either Arial or New Times Roman
is easy on the eyes.
5. IF YOU ARE PLACING A CORPORATE ORDER and the order is for more than 10
packages to be shipped to more than 10 addresses, we suggest you provide your own address labels.
This insures that you have looked carefully at your list and double-checked
it for accuracy.
We charge 50 cents per label over the 10th address.
6. WE WILL PRINT YOUR MESSAGE ON A FAT WITCH GIFT CARD or you may provide us with your own gift or business card. Please make certain your cards are at Fat Witch Bakery, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011 at least 2 days before shipment date.
7. WE NEED A CONTACT PERSON. We need a NAME, the order wanted and a telephone number and/or fax/email address. We will not be held responsible if no contact name is given and we are unable to fulfill the order.
8. WE WILL SHIP WITHIN THE USA ONLY.
9. IF YOU PROVIDED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS and the package is returned to us, you will be notified. We will not refund your money. If you want, we will provide new brownies at 1/2 price, however, you must pay the full price on shipping. If Fat Witch used an incorrect address, we will notify you and either refund your costs or ship a new package at no charge to you.
YOU MAY ARRANGE TO HAVE YOUR ORDER PICKED UP at Fat Witch Bakery. We are located in Chelsea Market, 75 Ninth Avenue, between 15th and 16th Streets in Manhattan. We do NOT hand deliver our products. We do not get involved with your messenger service.
