ORIGINAL BROWNIE MIX DIRECTIONS

  • YOU'LL NEED:
  • Fat Witch Original Brownie Mix
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Mixing bowl
  • Mixing spoon or electric mixer
  • Spatula
  • 8" x 8" baking pan
  • HERE"S HOW TO MAKE FAT WITCHES
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Grease baking pan.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over   low heat.
  • Set aside to cool for 2 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, pour the contents of the   mix pouch into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the melted butter and combine    well.
  • Add 1 egg at a time and mix well until batter is smooth.
  • If you want to add other ingredients, e.g walnuts…do it now.
  • Using a spatula, pour contents into the baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes.
  • Cool for at least one hour on a wire rack.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy your magic.
